Awanda Lou Webb Hamlin
Mrs. Awanda Lou Webb Hamlin, age 76, of Franklin passed away March 28, 2019.
Funeral services for Mrs. Hamlin will be conducted Sunday March 31, 2019 at 5:00 PM from Olive Branch Baptist Church with the Rev. Rodney Roquemore officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will accept guests at Olive Branch Baptist Church from 3:00 PM until the funeral hour.

Mrs. Hamlin was born June 21, 1942 in Troup County to the late William J. Webb and Mary John Gooden Webb.
Prior to her retirement she worked for Callaway Mills in LaGrange.
She was a member of Olive Branch Baptist Church. She went as often as she was able and loved her church and her church family.
Family was at the center of her life, and she dearly loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. One of her favorite activities was cooking a big meal for everyone and having a big family gathering.
She was a big fan of the Georgia Bulldogs. She also loved her fur babies – her dogs Cricket, Little Man, and Little Girl.
Survivors include: her husband, Bobby Hamlin, Sr. of Franklin; three daughters: Marie Howard (George) of Smiths Station, AL, Sherry Kylestewa (Phil) of Raeford, NC, and Teresa Pannell of Columbus; one son, Bobby Hamlin, Jr. (Wanda) of Augusta; thirteen grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; two sisters: Peggy Poole of Phenix City, AL and Sue Starling (J.R.) of LaGrange; and a number of other relatives and friends.
