Mrs. Wright was born January 8, 1946 in Chattanooga, TN to the late William Delbert Mitchell and Mamie Lee Shirley Mitchell. She was a Christian by faith.
She devoted her life to that of a wife, mother, and grandmother, doing whatever was necessary to meet the needs of her family. Nothing gave her greater joy than providing hearty meals for her family, and she loved to gather everyone together for fellowship.
She was proud of the service her husband, children, and grandchildren have given to our armed forces, and helped instill respect for our nation.
She had a wicked sense of humor. This made her easy to get along with, so that she never met a stranger. She showed her love for her neighbor by helping those in need, no matter the circumstances.
In her free time she loved to live life to the fullest. She enjoyed camping, traveling, and riding motorcycles. If anything around the house broke down, she liked to tinker with it to fix it. She also enjoyed listening to music.
Survivors include: her husband, Patrick Michael Wright (CW02 US Navy, Ret.) of Franklin; three daughters: Jamie Paden (Perry Paden, US Navy) of Washington State; Julia Cornelius (Paul Cornelius, USAF) of Centralhatchee; and Robin Wright of Florida; four sons: David McEachern (US Navy) (Linda) of Franklin, James McEachern (US Navy) (Claudia) of Grantville, Michael Shane Wright (Sr Chief US Navy) of Florida, and Tim Wright of Arkansas; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother, Don Mitchell (USAF, Ret) (Joan) of Arizona; a special sister, Blanca Hahn and her son and daughter-in-law, Jason Hahn (Shawn); and a number of other relatives and friends.
