Mrs. Spradlin was born May 1, 1941 in Heard County to the late Charlie Thomas Traylor and Nadine Arrington Traylor.
Prior to her retirement she was a manager at the Playtex Factory Store in Newnan.
She was a faithful member of High Point Church of God. She loved her church and her church family. Gospel was her favorite music, and she loved to hear others praise and worship the Lord.
She enjoyed daily trips to the Heard County Senior Center for food and fellowship with the many friends she made there.
In her leisure time she loved to watch sports, and was a huge fan of her hometown Heard County Braves (especially when Tyler and Trevor were on the field) and the Georgia Bulldogs.
She dearly loved her family, and held a special place in her heart for her grandsons, who she was so very proud of.
Survivors include: son, Phillip Spradlin (Melanie) of Franklin; two grandsons: Tyler Spradlin (Jasmine) and Trevor Spradlin (Liz Cosper); four sisters: Brenda Rogers (Donald) of Franklin; Sheria Mooney (John) of Watkinsville, Wilma Putzek of Franklin, and Rana Cosper (Tilmon) of LaGrange; two brothers: Ray Traylor and Tony Traylor (Carol) both of Franklin; and a number of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations for High Point Church of God.
