In Memory Of
Lynda Wagner
Mrs. Lynda Ada Lee Drake Wagner, age 67, of Newnan passed away September 6, 2019.
Mrs. Wagner was born May 5, 1952 in Ithica, NY to the late John Lee Drake and Beverly Adalade Cantrall Drake. She was Catholic by faith.
She dedicated her life to that of a homemaker. She loved everyone and wanted to see to the needs of her fellow man. Once she brought in someone in dire need and gave him clothes and a hot meal.
In her free time she enjoyed sewing and crocheting. She was also fond of playing board games. Her favorite outings were trips to the store to go shopping.
One of her trademarks was her red hair. She was a spitfire and didn’t mind expressing her opinion whether anyone wanted it or not.
She held a special place in her heart for her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include: two daughters: Teresa Hulsey of Alabama and Kassie Rodgers (Joshua) of Sharpsburg; one son, Micheal Wagner (Kelly) of Tyrone; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Bev Sowards of Florida; four brothers: Carlo Gagliotti, Floyd Gagliotti, David Gagliotti, and Bob Drake all of Florida; and a number of other relatives and friends.
The family will schedule a memorial service to be held on a later date.
