Earl Thompson
Mr. Earl Thompson, age 86, of Franklin passed away Monday June 18, 2018.
Funeral services for Mr. Thompson will be conducted Tuesday June 19, 2018 at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Stutts Funeral Home with the Rev. Shane Dawson officiating. Interment will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will accept guests at Stutts Funeral Home Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 – 3:00 PM prior to the service.

Mr. Thompson was born March 29, 1932 in Carroll County to the late Jefferson Leonard Thompson and Alma Kay Veal Thompson.
He was a Christian by faith. He retired from Lyle Enterprises where he set up mobile homes after they were sold.
Survivors include: his wife, Joyce Thompson of Franklin; one daughter and son-in-law, Marie and Chris Dugger of Franklin; one son, Rodney Thompson of Franklin; three grandchildren: Joshua Laster, Danielle Purdy, and Melissa Thompson; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one sister, Wilma Hart of LaGrange; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
