Mr. Gosdin was born May 5, 1960 in Heard County to the late “Buck” Gosdin and Sara Elizabeth Gore Gosdin. He attended Gray Hill Church of God.
Nothing gave him more joy than spending time with his family. This June 7’th, he and his wife, Susan, would have celebrated 38 years together. He was especially close to his son, Jeremy. One of their favorite activities was working on deer plots in the woods preparing for hunting season.
Mr. Gosdin also enjoyed working with horses and training them to pull wagons in teams.
He rarely went anywhere without his dogs, especially his Labrador, Sadie. She always went with him on trips in the country or through the woods on his Kubota. Bird hunting was another one of his favorite pastimes.
His favorite vacation spot was St. George Island, Florida. It gave him great joy to have his family and his dogs together for rest and relaxation. While there he enjoyed fishing and riding on the beach in his golf cart.
Survivors include: his wife, Susan Gosdin; his son, Jeremy Gosdin; his brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Jackie Gosdin; all of Woodland; and a number of other relatives and friends.
