Frances Ann Bell
Ms. Frances Ann Bell, age 72, of Cumming (formerly of Franklin) passed away July 11, 2018.
A memorial service will be held Saturday July 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Stutts Funeral Home. Her remains will be interred at Salem Church Cemetery following the service.
The family will accept guests at Stutts Funeral Home from 1:00 – 2:00 PM prior to the service.

Ms. Bell was born June 19, 1946 to the late Willie Clifford Bell and Jimmie Frances Caswell Bell.
She dearly loved her church, the First Pentecostal Church of Cumming, and attended faithfully.
She worked as a credit processor for Avco Mortgage in Doraville.
Among her favorite activities was shopping. She loved to go to the store to buy new clothes, shoes, and handbags. She also enjoyed vacations at the beach.
She had a regular morning routine, as she would make a trip to the local McDonald’s for a sausage biscuit and coffee every day.
Survivors include: cousins, Frank Arrington and Donald Caswell of Franklin, Betty Loveday of Roswell, and Josh Franklin of Lilburn; and a number of other relatives and friends.
