Wayne Davis Henderson
Mr. Wayne Davis Henderson, age 75, of Franklin passed away June 9, 2019.

He was born February 10, 1944 in Newnan to Lula Kathleen Davis Henderson and the late John Roy Henderson. He and his wife, Marion, had been married for 55 years.
Prior to his retirement he worked as a die repairman for Bonnell. He loved his job and was skilled at his craft. During his 44 years with the company he made many lifelong friends.
At home, he enjoyed working in the yard. He was particularly proud of his John Deere tractor.
He also liked to hunt, and was very knowledgeable with guns.
He was a very outgoing fellow, who received pleasure from making others laugh. He held a special place in his heart for his wife and family, and was especially devoted to his grandchildren.
Survivors include: his wife, Marion Henderson of Franklin; his mother, Kathleen Henderson; one son, Joel Wayne Henderson of Franklin; three grandchildren: Presley Henderson, Brittany Driver, and Blake Driver; one sister, Retha Helton of Carrollton; three brothers: James Henderson (Margaret) of Brooks, GA, Dillard Henderson (Marion) of Newnan, and Clipper Henderson (Ann) of Whitesburg; and a number of other relatives and friends.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Gina Williams.
