Mr. Timothy Olin Smith, age 59, of Franklin passed away November 22, 2019.

He was born April 9, 1960 in Rome, GA to Mary Lee Towe Prince and the late Grady Milburn Smith. He was a Baptist by faith.
He worked in the construction industry. He enjoyed fishing and liked to help others in need.
Survivors include: his fiancée, Marie Fuqua; his mother, Mary Lee Prince; two sons: Jason Smith and Nathan Walker; one grandson, Austin Smith; two sisters: Carolyn Bramblett (Frank) and Dawn Karnes; one brother, Steve Smith (Heather); and a number of other relatives and friends.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son, Robert Smith.
